By accessing and using CNC Pro Shop (cncproshop.built2spec.ng) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you do not agree, do not use this site. CNC Pro Shop is operated by Built2Spec Ltd.

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable VAT. • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly. • We do our best to keep stock levels accurate; if an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund.

• You must create an account and be at least 18 years old to place an order. • An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order — it is not a guarantee of availability. • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or where a pricing error has occurred. • Bulk or trade orders may require additional verification.

• All payments are processed via Paystack. By paying, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service. • Goods are dispatched only after successful payment confirmation. • We do not store any card or banking credentials.

• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. • Built2Spec Ltd is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

Built2Spec Ltd's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
