How do I place an order?

Browse our product catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to create an account or log in to complete your purchase. Payment is processed securely via Paystack.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD payments through Paystack. All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Is it safe to pay on this site?

Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider trusted by thousands of Nigerian businesses. Built2Spec Ltd never stores your card details.

Can I pay on delivery?

We currently only accept online payment via Paystack before dispatch. This ensures your order is confirmed and processed quickly.

Can I get a bulk discount?

Yes! For orders of 10+ units of a single product or large order values, contact us at sales@built2spec.ng for trade pricing.

How long does delivery take?

Lagos: 1–3 business days. Abuja/Port Harcourt: 2–4 days. Other states: 4–7 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM WAT on weekdays are dispatched same day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over ₦50,000 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in Nigeria. Orders below this threshold attract a flat ₦2,500 shipping fee.

Do you ship outside Nigeria?

Currently we only ship within Nigeria. International shipping is planned for the future — contact us at sales@built2spec.ng if you need international delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page or from your account dashboard.

Are your tools genuine / high quality?

Yes. We source from trusted manufacturers and every tool is checked for dimensional accuracy, material grade, and coating consistency before being listed.

What materials can your endmills cut?

Depending on the coating and grade: steel, stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron, plastics, wood, and composites. Each product listing specifies suitable materials.

Do you stock spare parts or just cutting tools?

We currently stock cutting tools (endmills, router bits, drill bits), tool holders, and machining accessories. Our catalogue is expanding — check back regularly.

Can I request a product not listed on the site?

Yes. Email sales@built2spec.ng with the specification (diameter, flutes, coating, material) and we will do our best to source it for you.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

What do I do if I received a wrong or damaged item?

Contact us immediately at sales@built2spec.ng with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
