CNC Pro Shop is operated by Built2Spec Ltd, a registered Nigerian company. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our", we mean Built2Spec Ltd. Our contact email is sales@built2spec.ng.

We collect: • Account information: name, email address, password (stored as a hashed value — never in plain text). • Order information: delivery address, items ordered, payment reference numbers. • Usage data: pages visited, browser type, IP address (via server logs). • Payment data: Paystack handles all card data. We only receive a payment reference and status — never your card number, CVV, or PIN.

We use your data to: • Process and fulfil your orders. • Send order confirmation and delivery updates to your email. • Provide customer support. • Improve our website and product listings. • Comply with Nigerian legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

All payments are processed by Paystack (paystack.com), a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Built2Spec Ltd never stores, transmits, or has access to your card details. When you complete a payment, Paystack sends us only a transaction reference and success status.

We use essential cookies to: • Keep you logged in to your account. • Remember your cart between sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as required by Nigerian law (typically 6 years for financial records). You may request deletion of your account by emailing sales@built2spec.ng.
